Free Shipping on Every Order
At Little Wonders we believe getting a great book into your child's hands should be simple and stress free. That's why we offer completely free shipping on every single order, no minimum spend required and no hidden fees at checkout.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed it will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped along with any available tracking information.
Delivery Time
All orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and local postal services.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available for your order the tracking details will be included in that email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, Little Wonders is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services or circumstances outside of our control such as extreme weather or public holidays. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch please contact us and we will look into it right away.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe please reach out to us at littlewonderscustomer@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
