At Little Wonders we stand behind every single product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will make it right — no questions asked.
How It Works
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Items that are heavily damaged due to misuse or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue and we will resolve it immediately by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return
To start a return simply send us an email at littlewondershelp@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- A photo of the item if it arrived damaged
We aim to respond to all return requests within 24 to 48 hours.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect in which case we will cover all associated costs.
